Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for the following European Union (EU) countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Guernsey.

If you wish to place an order for delivery to a country not listed above, please contact us directly by phone between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, or by email at info@helenmcalinden.com. For shipping outside of the countries listed above, costs will be applied based on the delivery address.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through the HELEN McALINDEN online store will be shipped and delivered on working days, Monday to Friday. We can only ensure the safe delivery of an order if the shipping address provided is accurate and is either a residential or business address located in one of the countries listed in the "Delivery Information" section.

A delivery is considered complete, and a product is regarded as delivered, when the delivery receipt is signed at the agreed address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per order. The exact cost of shipping depends on the destination country and will be estimated during the purchase process, with the details provided for your review and approval.

International Shipments

For international deliveries, shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are beyond our control, and you should contact your local authorities to determine applicable fees and their values, which vary by country.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any potential damage. If the products appear to be damaged, do not accept the delivery, and the package will be returned to us. HELEN MCALINDEN will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping once the returned items are received and the return process is complete.

If the package is accepted and not returned within 15 days of receipt, the order is deemed accepted by the purchaser.

Delivery Times

Once your order is registered, payment is confirmed, and all items are available, HELEN MCALINDEN will process and dispatch the order. Delivery times are as follows:

  • 3 to 5 business days worldwide.

HELEN MCALINDEN is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure events, including any acts, events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Product Exchanges and Returns

All products are individually identified with a security tag. If you wish to return an item, please do not remove the security tag or seal. HELEN MCALINDEN reserves the right to refuse returns if the security tag or seal has been removed, altered, or damaged.

Customers have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange items. The cost of the first return or exchange will be borne by the customer unless the reason for return is due to a product defect or quality issue.

Once the returned products are received at our facility, they will be processed within approximately one week. If the return is confirmed, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will only be credited to the account or card used for the purchase.

For exchanges involving the same item in a different size or colour, or a similar product, we will dispatch the replacement to the address provided during the exchange process, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting HELEN MCALINDEN via email at info@helenmcalinden.com. If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to you.

If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been dispatched, the products will be delivered as scheduled.

Orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except in cases where the item is faulty or does not match the original order specifications.
